For the most part, your pajama size will match your regular daytime clothing sizes. For women, sizes 4-6 are small, sizes 8-10 are medium, 12-14 are large and extra large is supposed to fit all other sizes. For men, sizes 34-36 are small, 38-40 medium, 42-44 large and extra large is supposed to fit all other sizes. For children, pajama sizes will match their outer clothing sizes such as 3T of 4T.
